With over 13 years of experience across psychology, human factors, and human resources, I’ve worked in diverse settings including private practice, defence, aviation, sporting organisations and rail. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies and a deep belief in the power of connection, trust, and helping you recognise and build on your existing strengths.

I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship and take a positive psychology lens, my approach is evidence-based, compassionate and a blend of various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness and other holistic practices

My love for Performance Psychology
As a former elite athlete representing Australia, I understand firsthand the mental demands of high performance. I’ve worked closely with individual athletes, teams, and coaches to enhance wellbeing, mindset, and performance outcomes. In recent years, I’ve also worked in Human Factors roles within the defence sector, focusing on optimising technology and product design to support soldier performance.
