Fees

  • Duration: 50 minutes

    Cost per session: $225

    Medicare Rebate: $101.55 per session.

    To get a Mental Health Care Plan, book a longer consultation with your GP. They’ll assess your needs and, if appropriate, provide a referral and MHCP for up to 10 rebated individual sessions per calendar year.

    Note: You must pay the full session fee upfront, then claim your rebate back through Medicare.

  • Total Cost: $700
    Includes all sessions and a comprehensive report.

    Fee Breakdown:

    • Pre-assessment questionnaires completed online in your own time before our session

    • Initial Assessment Session (~120 minutes)

    • Comprehensive Written Report 

    • Feedback Call

    Small Group Workshops

    Designed for a handful of participants, these interactive sessions include hands-on activities that encourage engagement and bring the content to life.

    $300/hour + GST

    Large Group Workshops

    Designed for groups of 10 or more, these sessions focus on delivering high-impact content, while still offering opportunities for participant interaction, activities and engagement.

    $380/hour + GST

    Lectures or Keynotes

    Engaging, content-rich presentations delivered in a structured format, with minimal interaction and a focus on sharing knowledge and inspiration.

    $550/hour + GST

    * If travel is required outside Brisbane or the Gold Coast, or if special resources are needed, extra fees may apply.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice by emailing hello@psychologywithtaneil.com or using the online portal. This allows us to offer the time to someone else in need.

If less than 48 hours' notice is given, a $100 cancellation fee will apply.

If you cancel on the day of your session or don’t attend (including forgetting), the full session fee will be charged. This is because the time has been set aside just for you and preparation has already taken place.
