Our retreat is hosted a Ritual Haus, the ultimate sauntary that invites comfort, safety, and peace, a space that will allow you to show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
There is the option of a complimentary infrared sauna & ice bath at the end of the retreat day.

Led by experienced Psychologist, Taneil, a mother of two who will take you through various presentations, workshops and guided meditations, hyponsosies and activities to move you to leave forward with purpose, clarity and sense of empowerment during this most important role: Mum. You hold everyone else and today we will help to hold YOU.
